Join our Men’s Early Morning Group Training Sessions! (6:30am - Only accepting 5 men)

PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING

Our Personal Group Training sessions are the perfect way to get fit while having fun. We provide personalized exercises that are tailored to your fitness level. You'll love the supportive group atmosphere, which will keep you motivated and accountable, leading to amazing results!  Packages start at $100.

 

 Typical Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday at 8am.  

  • Monday and Wednesday evenings at 4pm & 5pm.

 

All sessions last 60 min and you will get a total body workout!

PRIVATE ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Our Personal Training service is the perfect option for anyone looking to get serious about their fitness journey. With private, one-hour sessions, you'll have the opportunity to work with a trained professional who will provide the support, guidance, and custom workout plans you need to succeed. Limited availability, so book now and take your first step towards reaching your fitness goals. Starts at $50/session and min purchase is 4 sessions.

YOUTH PERFORMANCE TRAINING

We offer Youth Performance Training, an effective program for all levels of athleticism. Our program is designed to enhance speed, power, agility, strength, and core development, all while making training fun. Our summer programs and after-school sessions are perfect opportunities to engage your child physically and mentally while building their confidence and motivation. Give your child the gift of fitness today! Check out our FB page for our monthly after school programs that run from August through May. We offer staggered drop off times right after school.  Contact us for more info.
