Program Details

Summer Training June 2025
We will offer 6 and 8 sessions beginning June 3 and ending June 26!  
Training time will be from 11:00am-12:00pm (60 min)

AFTER SCHOOL TRAINING
What to Expect 

After school training begins in August and will run through May.  Each month we will post the dates for the after school training so make suer to follow us on FB.  We try and offer 6 sessions each month (that's training twice a week).  Generally the training days are Tuesdays and Thursday.  You may drop your child off anytime between 2:45 and 3:35pm.  Sessions will last one hour from the time you drop off.  We don't require a registration form be completed for our After School Training.  Please reach out via our FB page if you're interested and we will get you signed up!

In each session we work on:

  • Strength

  • Speed

  • Explosiveness

  • Footwork

  • Coordination

  • Core Strength

  • Agility

  • Build Confidence

  • and much more

February After School Training Dates

Begins: Thursday 2-6-25

Ends: Tuesday 2-25-25

Training will take place every Tuesday and Thursday beginning Thursday, 2-6 and ending Tuesday 2-25.  

Drop Off:  You may drop off anytime between 2:45pm and 3:45pm.  Latest drop off is 3:45pm.  Sessions will last 60min from drop off time.  For example, if you drop off at 2:50pm, your session will end at 3:50pm.

  • 6 Total Training Sessions

  • Each session is 60 min

  • Total Cost: $120
