AT HOME 8 WEEK DB WORKOUT
Follow this 8-week at hole DB workout program! Each day is different and will keep you guessing so you won't get bored! All you need is a set of dumbbells, an interval timer which can be downloaded to your smartphone for free, and a few items you probably have around the house. Workouts range from 30-45 minutes.
Every workout has guided video explanations and demonstrations so you know exactly what to do. I've incorporated HITT along with strength training to maximize your time and results. This is for all fitness levels as all moves and workouts can be modified to fit your level or needs. This is your workout program, you have the ability to make it a little easier or make it more challenging.
